Thrift Collective is a Maryland-based thrift and liquidation boutique offering a mix of gently used and brand-new clothing, shoes, and accessories at affordable prices. Our goal is to provide sustainable, stylish options while giving new life to great finds.

We’re based in Cumberland, Maryland. Our online store is open 24/7.
What types of products do you sell?
We offer:
Brand-name liquidation clothing and accessories
Lightly used thrift apparel
Clearance and overstock items from major retailers

Please note: Some liquidation pieces are sold “as-is” and may not come with original tags or packaging.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add items to your cart, and check out securely. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I hold or reserve an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold items. All purchases are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Most items are 1 of 1, so make sure to grab the items while you can!
Shipping and Pickup
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location, but most packages arrive within 5–7 business days.
What about local orders?
We offer a delivery service for $8 if you are in the 21502 or 21532 zip code.
Product Information
Are all your items brand new?
No — Thrift Collective offers a mix of:
New liquidation items (from major retailers and overstock lots)
Gently used thrift items (cleaned and inspected before resale)
What does “liquidation” mean?
Liquidation items come from store returns, overstock, or clearance pallets. These are often new or like-new items that didn’t sell in their original store. They are deeply discounted and sold “as-is.”
How do I know if an item has defects?
We list all known flaws (such as missing tags, slight wear, or small marks) in the product description.

Can I sell my items to Thrift Collective?
We currently do not buy items directly from customers, but may consider consignment in the future.
